LaurenBeth Patrick-Mudd, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Lifestyle Collective. LaurenBeth uses a collaborative approach grounded in lived experience which has led her to develop a passion for promoting healing and wellness.
LaurenBeth has been working in the recovery community for the last three years, where she has dedicated her work to helping those suffering with addiction to resolve traumatic life experiences, helping them gain self-awareness, and cultivate insight into what is needed to live a life consistent with balance and wellness.
LaurenBeth has been trained in EMDR therapy and aims to provide a safe place for clients to explore their life experiences without judgment or expectations. LaurenBeth uses holistic, trauma informed, and individualized methods to empower the people she works with in pursuit of l healthy and fulfilling lives.
LaurenBeth first started her journey after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University Northridge (CSUN) in Deaf Studies. At CSUN, LaurenBeth studied to be an American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreter. After her first introduction to sign language in middle school, she was captivated by the language, community, and culture. After working as an interpreter for over 15 years, LaurenBeth was determined to use her knowledge to pivot into a new role. Soon after, she enrolled back in school and graduated with her Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University, May 2020.
LaurenBeth continues to strive to learn new techniques and modalities to better assist her clients, meeting them where they are and helping them to obtain a better sense of self and purpose.
